3rd update - one more star added. It actually seems to be helping the arthritis pain in my thumb joints. I only have one bracelet on my right wrist. I took out a link so that it sits on my skin all the way around my wrist and not hanging loosely. The clasp works well now with the new replacement on it. I'm sold!_______2nd update: took them a week, but I received the new clasp today. I have big fingers and it was a bit of a test to not only replace the clasp but also remove one of the links, and put everything back together again with the tiny little nails they use, but I did it! I'm 73 with old fingers and large hands for a woman, so if I can do it, anyone can. With a new clasp which makes it possible to get it on and off without needing pliers or something else, and minus one of the links, it now fits well and I am confident about being able to take it off and put it on easily. The company has excellent customer service, I will give them that, and added a star for that. If I figure out whether or not this actually helps with my arthritis, and it does, I'll add an additional star to make it five. And I'll mention something here. I'm going to give it some time before I come back here to reevaluate whether or not the bracelet actually is effective on arthritis._______Update, a few days later after the original reciew. . Company contacted ME and offered to send me a new clasp to replace the difficult clasp. I have accepted their offer. If and when I receive the new clasp and get it installed on the bracelet, I will review again and increase stars to 4. Don't know if it's helping with the arthritis yet.____Just got this bracelet so it's still early for me to make a decision but I thought I would mention a few things now and come back and edit later.I have about an 8 inch wrist. So I wasn't expecting to have to remove a link. It is a little big on my wrist, but I don't know if it warrants taking out a link. They want it in contact with your entire wrist I think so I might have to try taking a link out. We'll see.Getting the clasp open was extremely challenging and I almost packed it back up to send it back. However, I fought using the not sharp side of a package knife, and finally got it flipped open. Put it on, and of course could not get it closed either. Had to use very mild squeeze of a pair of pliers just to get more strength than my 73-year-old hand could muster to close the clasp. When the sucker goes on, it's going to stay on! Beware!!!I think it's an attractive bracelet, and came well packaged. Amazon says it's it's best seller. I have no idea if it's going to help my arthritis or not. We shall see.I will come back and edit this after I've had it awhile.
