I used this for a repair job in my house. I didn't care to spend a lot of money especially considering what little it was going to be used but definitely on the first use the tool more then paid for itself. The tool works as described, manual could be better as a few things were not written correctly in it but some tinkering around i figured it out pretty quickly. But overall considering this price point stepping into a pro press under $100 I certainly can't complain. This tool is perfect for the weekend handyman but I wouldn't plumb an entire house with it as I would want the model that has longer handles and swivel head as that would be more ergonomic for regular use. However for the money it certainly performs as described, easy to use, quality tool for the money, not as refined as a more expensive tool but I can live with that as it does what I want it to do.
