The built quality of this product is amazing. Hand-built and painted and put together combining beautiful cultural elements and high production quality, way better than the cheap Chinese ones. This is perfect as a gift, for decoration and to actually put it in use. It's pricier than other glass built Hookahs, however, if you drop the glass shisha, it will break. This one was built from copper. Very elegant and beautiful. Very satisfied and highly recommended. With this purchase you don't just buy a hookah, you will buy an artwork and will own a piece of a rich culture.Beautiful hookah, lovely taste. However, it arrived without a gasket the first time and then the replacement arrived with a broken shisha bowl. I ended up just returning it because at that price things shouldn't be broken on arrival and I didn't feel like requesting another replacement.I got this for a present. There are hardly any reviews on it and the few I read mentioned that handmade copper hookahs can be a crap shoot. Sometimes they seem to have leaks at welding points.I did know I’d like the looks because I own Turkish coffee cups with the same colors and design.When ordering I was informed it would take 2-3 weeks to arrive. To my pleasant surprise it arrived after one week. It was packed extremely well. But it was much lighter then any of my other handmade hookahs from Egypt. I was hoping this wouldn’t mean poor quality.Then I noticed that the hookah uses a male clay pot whereas most hookah use female pots. And while the clay pot is nice, I wanted to use my advanced heat management device that required a male connection. What a bummer.After checking with a few local hookah stores I found a glass male to male adapter (18 mm) I added a grommet on each side and, voila, it worked. I also used my own hose that has more suction volume.And now comes the moment of truth. How will it smoke? Well, it is superior. Rich tasty smoke. I was literally blown away. The mechanical design, as simple as it is, produces awesome results. I’m sure my heat management device and hose added to that quality experience, but the hookah itself is great.Yes, it’s a little costly, but it looks great and works even better.
