Ordered for my mom she normally wears a small got her a medium fits perfect. They run Really small. She has lupas and raynaud's disease and arthritis she loves the copper fit!The fit is weird on these leggings- like you can’t pull them up all the way. However I wore them under my pants today and for once I wasn’t miserable in the frigid air conditioning at work. I was much more comfortable and I had less leg pain than normal. Needless to say, I will be keeping these leggings.It helps reduce painI havent had problems keeping my pants up since post pardom real annoying. They do not fit or behave like leggings.Fit perfectly..just needs more waist support.This product is not good for FL weather.I ordered these pants to use for running. They are absolutely too small to be considered an XL. They fit like a medium, I'm so disappointed that I have to send them back.Terrible sizing weird fit
