Since each bracelet is handmade one at time, you can order your bracelet with a custom fit by including your wrist or bracelet size. HOW WE HANDCRAFT YOUR BRACELET Each bracelet begins its life as a flat band sheared from a heavy duty sheet of solid 14 gauge pure copper US sourced right here in the southwest. Each coordinate is stamped by hand one digit at a time using a metal hammer and typeset. After stamping the coordinates, all edges and end tabs are always filed smooth by hand to ensure a comfortable fit and classy appearance. The bracelet is then formed into shape with a nylon hammer and wooden bracelet mandrel. A black patina darkens the text to maximize legibility and a heavy steel brush is applied directionally to the copper in order to provide a durable easy to maintain finish that also enhances the natural hues of the copper by preserving the grain structures.
