l have tried other brands but these Amazon Pure Compression calf sleeves are the best. I run like I did when I was a young man. I'm 67, play American Legion softball and can still get several infield hits each season. I had a calf tear two years ago and these healed it quickly. I exercise every other day with sit ups, push ups, weights, and resistance arm bands. I ride a bicycle 50 miles a week. When I was younger, I played AA baseball, ran 5 and 10ks. Those days are over, but I can't get softball out of my system. I bought this set as a backup to the two other Pure Compression sleeves sleeves I have. I also wanted to make sure they were still manufacturing them. Please keep this company in business. Thank you, HDVThese seem to run slightly small. I purchased them for my oldest son who is a track sprinter and distance runner in cross country. He said they were too tight, so I gave them to my younger son who also runs and he liked them. If you are in doubt, just order a size up. My son says they do help with shin splint pain and muscle fatigue while running, so they are definitely worth purchasing.I bought these as I experience shin splints sometimes when I run. I find that compression sleeves help prevent shin splints. These work fine and the price is great. It is the only pair of copper compression that I own so I do not know how it compares to others. They are stiffer than I thought but feel good after they are on. I use them while running and after.thought these might be helpful, as I often have trouble sleeping because of my jumpy legs , sometimes they just hurt, so I've used the leg sleeves about 3 times now & although I think they may be more snug than they should be , [you might want to try next size up], I was able to go to sleep after wearing them , so at this point I will say so far so good , thank youThese are very helpful when I am working long days, as my job keeps me on my feet most of the day. Gentle compression keeps my legs from aching and I feel more energetic on the days I wear them. I would but them again.Tore my calf muscle on the slopes so have been wearing this compression wrap. Have worn daily for 5 weeks and put threw the washing machine several times without issue. The wrap has not stretched out or experienced any noticeable wear. If being used for an injury that is very sensitive then I would consider a larger size until sensitivity has decreased. It can be difficult to remove if your in pain and experienced considerable swelling. I'm very glad that I made this purchase and would recommend.Love these! They've made such a difference in my ability to walk through the woods without being in pain this winter. I had bilateral tibia/fibula fractures 2 1/2 years ago. Both of my shins have metal plates and screws. The cold and snow this year was making me miserable. These compression sleeves are really a big help. I bought a size small as the size chart suggested by my calf measurements. They are nice and snug as I'd expect them to be. I highly recommend these. These help alot. I was quite skeptical at first, but after trying them for a few runs I felt less pain. I run a bit and I'm in the National guard, so doing PT doesn't hurt as much. If your military I'd suggest wearing these under high socks to cover them so you don't get in trouble for being out of uniform.
