I just bought this with the Daily Conditioner because my hair is super dry and no matter the hot oil treatments or hair masks I use, they don't seem to work through the problem. This product feels different! It is a light cream, but it sprays on. It dries like it is being absorbed into my follicles rather than sitting on top. I'll try this until the bottle runs empty and write a follow up review. I have not yet decided if I want to use this on top of the daily conditioner or if I will switch between the two. So far, I have been using both and my hair does not feel weighed down.I have super straight hair that is very black and I am now becoming salt and pepper. It's really noticeable and I hope that after using this for a while, it will diminish some of that grey hair. I took before pics so I'll post those later with an updated review and after pics.Absolutely amazing product!!! I am a college student who has struggled with frizzy hair all of my life. Not only does this product eliminate the frizziness, it makes my hair super soft and shiny. The product smells great and saves me alot of time since I just spray it into my hair after I wash it. This is a great investment that will last a while, I highly recommend! The overwhelming scent of this spray- anise- gave me migraines and made me nauseous...I shan’t be able to use it.Absolutely loved it! Does wonders for my hair and smells really good! The Copperhead Infusion Daily Leave-In Scalp Treatment comes in a solid, plastic 6oz spray bottle and retails for $39, as of this writing. Inside, the product is a medium-thick lotion with a yellowish tinge.Because this is somewhat dense, I don't think a spray bottle is suitable packaging. It is far easier for me to dispense a few sprays of this viscous treatment into my hand and work it into my scalp using my fingers vs. struggling to mist it on. I take a nickel-sized amount of product, rub it onto my fingers and comb it through my scalp and my lightly damp from the shower mane. Do not apply this while your hair is soaking wet. Towel dry first. It can be applied to dry hair/scalp. I find it easier to use after a wash. The treatment has a slight sour anise citrus scent, which I assume is from the copious amounts of essential oils (bergamot, orange, grapefruit). Thankfully, this smell does not linger once I've thoroughly worked the product into my scalp and hair.In case you are curious about slowing the growth of gray hair - it likely isn't slowing the growth. This leave-on treatment promotes delaying the onset of gray hair (something having to do with the nutrient and peptide-rich impact of the copper infusion, stimulating the production of your natural color). I can't say for sure if that is even possible. I know once melanocytes, melanin-producing cells, decide to stop coding for color (in your hair, for example), you'll start going gray. You can't easily reprogram that cell to turn back on and start producing color again, though I know there is ongoing research working on that very thing. At best, I think these sorts of treatments are suitable for the overall condition and health of your scalp/hair, but they're not going to turn back the hands of time or alter your DNA. Some people are also just predisposed to go gray prematurely too. I know people who naturally turned into silver foxes/vixens in their 20's. It is just how their melanocytes are coded. But I digress. It is a little premature, as I've only been using this for a couple of weeks, but I don't have anything to report yet. I've not noticed a change I would attribute to the use of this scalp treatment. However, I will continue to use it with the hope that I do glean some benefits. It is non-irritating, non-greasy, and doesn't weigh down my naturally thin, fine, lifeless locks. I'm curious to see - with prolonged use - if the topical application of copper peptides, coupled with folic and pantothenic acid, will improve the condition of my hair. If so, I will report back. For now, I am neutral about it. Nothing wrong with it necessarily, but it hasn't resulted in anything of note yet. It is too soon to say if this pate potion is worth it. Still, I think Copperhead should rethink their packaging and tap the top with a proper dispenser vs. a spray head. This is probably great for dry hair, it definitely adds shine and texture to my thin, straight, fine hair!! I have no way of knowing if it is 'delaying' grey yet, but even if it miraculously is, I doubt I would pay forty bucks for another bottle, although I do see a healthy shine to my hair when I use this product!! Thank you!!!I’d like the idea that this spray is suppose to slow the growth of gray hairs. That will most certainly help me to not have to color my hair so often. The spray goes on white and it’s not too thick. It absorbs pretty quickly leaving no reside. So far I’ve enjoyed using it. RecommendedI have to say, this spray smells HORRIBLE. Putting the scent aside, I look forward to seeing my hair not turn 100% gray.
