Finally after long years of searching for flux I have found it the rest of y'all flux companies can FLUX OFF. There is no comparison to this company and brandPlumblifeI was so fed up with liquid flux that I wanted to try a paste. This is worlds better. No foil lifting at all. So happy. This tub also seems like it would last a life time. Maybe not, but it’s a lot. And a little goes a long way.Great flux. Doesn't appear to cause "white mold", which so many other fluxes do. I'm already on my 2nd container!Have gotten great results so far on maybe 40 pipe joints. Just make sure you rough up and clean the insides and the outsides of the joining surfaces then thoroughly coat the areas to be joined with flux, heat the joint (I prefer MAP Gas) till solder runs freely, and coat all sides of the fitting. remove the heat and knock off the excess with the remaining solder before it fully cools. No problems so far.As advertised i use less flux and gives a very nice surfaceExpensive, but u get what u pay 4. RECOMMENDEDThis is probably the worst flux I’ve ever worked with. I use flux for a stained glass jewelry making technique, and this flux left a waxy residue on the metal and stones I use that would only come off with rubbing alcohol, and damaged one stone irreparably. I was surprised at how bad the product was for this purpose considering it came highly recommended from my jewelry soldering group. It also seemed to attract flies-one flew directly into the jar of flux, and another bit me. I’ve been soldering for 4 years without being attacked by vicious biting flies, so it stands to reason the flux might have something to do with it.
